Honda President's Award
Erie, PA, February 28, 2011 – American Honda Motor Co., Inc., has announced Bianchi Honda as a recipient of the President's Award for 2010. This annual award is presented to top-ranking Honda dealerships across the country, based on their achievement of excellence in all areas of operation – customer service and satisfaction, sales, training, and facility. This is Honda's highest dealership honor, and this is the 13th time Bianchi Honda has earned this prestigious award. Of the 1,044 Honda Dealerships nationally, only 2 dealerships have earned this, American Honda's most important award, more than Bianchi Honda. In addition, Bianchi Honda retained its #1 status as the highest rated customer satisfaction dealership in our assigned District.
More than 1,000 Honda automobile dealerships participated in the President's Award program, with 118 earning top honors for 2010. The program objectives are revised annually to address the current market environment and to encourage dealerships to continually strive to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction.

Ward's Dealer Business, June 2011 Magazine, announced its Quarter-Century of the Top 500 Auto Dealerships in the U.S. - and has rated Bianchi Honda, of Erie PA, among it's Best of the Best - with the highest rating of any dealership in all of Pennsylvania. Customer Service Award
Congratulations to the Service and Parts Departments at Bianchi Honda of Erie, PA for winning the all new Customer Service Excellence (CSE) award for 2010 from American Honda!!
The CSE award is earned by Honda dealerships enrolled in the Professionals Recognition program who achieve an overall CSE score of 91.5 or better for previous year. Bianchi Honda ranked #1 in the Western Pennsylvania District out of 20 Dealers, with their award winning score of 95.2.
